Britney Spears is a not the first celebrity to come out with her own fragrance, there has been a trend for celebrity fragrances in past few years, with the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton and Hilary Duff coming out with their own scents.

Britney Spears introduced her first fragrance, "Curious", in 2004. It did very well in the segment of the market it was targeted for and so another fragrance was launched the next year, called "Fantasy". Fantasy perfume also did well in terms of sales and since then there have been three more creations by Britney Spears, "In Control Curious", "Believe" and "Midnight Fantasy". We will likely be seeing many more fragrances by Britney Spears in the future.
