Declaration cologne by Cartier is a woody creation that was released in 1998. Its marketing slogan was “Men in Love…Experiencing Passion.” Declaration is filled with bergamot, bitter orange, artemesia, cardamom, cedarwood, and oakmoss. It is a very smoky fragrance that is not for daytime wear. However, Declaration cologne is absolutely perfect for a night on the town with its intense sweetness.
