Chanel Pour Monsieur cologne by Chanel was released in 1955 with three different names for the UK, USA, and France. In 1989, Chanel relaunched the fragrance under the name Chanel Pour Monsieur worldwide. Chanel starts with top notes such as lemon and petitgrain; goes into middle notes including cardamom; and ends with basenotes such as cedarwood, oakmoss, and vetiver. Chanel Pour Monsieur cologne is a great scent for evening wear.

When chanel quit making pour monsieur COLOGNE, and I mean COLOGNE, they changed the true fragrance that really was suited for me. With the COLOGNE there wasn't that bad after smell. And with the COLOGNE there was no over powering of scent.

Hard to find since 1992. I was told to me that the alcohol used to cut the perfume oil is organic. I absolutely love Chanel Pour Monsieur, as it does me right.
