Marc Jacobs Ivy is part of the broader ‘splash’ range in staggered release by the designer. The Ivy splash was released in 2006 and provides a gentle green fragrance to be enjoyed as casual wear. Notes comprising Marc Jacobs Ivy perfume include soft base notes of suede, tonka bean and sandalwood with the bracing effect of vetiver and the spice of cardamom and nutmeg. The addition of mandarin in the top notes gives this essentially green scent a lovely citrus tartness which enlivens the opening.
