Byzance perfume by Rochas is a classic fragrance that was released in 1987. It is a purple liquid that comes across as a very fresh and sweet piece of candy at first before melting magnificently into warm vanilla blend with musk and floral. Byzance perfume is very seductive and uniquely crafted in order to adapt to the many times of the day that you might choose to wear it.

In early 1988 I was on a TWA flight to London. In the duty free catalog on board was a new fragrance called Byzance. I liked the description and the bottle so I bought it! It was instant love at first smell. In 1988 I had to order it from Harrod's in London or get in duty free. My favorite was the Eau de Parfum, but that is now not available. I am still wearing it in Eau de Toilette now and it is becoming increasingly hard to find. It is my signature so when I find it I buy multiple bottles. People still ask me what I am wearing and compliment the scent.
