Ulysse cologne by Vicky Tiel was first introduced in 1989. This little green bottle is sure packed with a lot of punch. I’m not saying it’s overwhelming, but it is a sharp scent that is daring yet sweet. Ulysse is somehow able to remain clean and fresh throughout the numerous notes that pass through it. This fragrance is quite masculine. While Ulysse cologne is cool enough for the outdoors, it is also sexy enough for romance.
